Tenants typically handle:

- Internal doors, handles and locks
- Keys, fobs and lock changes
- Curtain rails, battens and poles
- Floor coverings you have installed (carpet, vinyl, laminate)
- Garden maintenance, including trees
- Bleeding radiators
- Removing mould using household cleaners
- Replacing toilet seats, plug chains and sealant
- Minor tiling or grouting repairs
- Damage caused by forced entry (e.g., police)
- Sheds or personal outdoor items
These are small tasks that do not require specialist contractors.
