Emergency Repairs

For emergencies outside office hours, call 020 7926 1000.

Emergency repairs are issues that pose an immediate risk to your health, safety or home. If an urgent problem occurs outside office hours, please call 020 7926 1000. Emergencies include situations such as flooding, a total loss of power, no heating or hot water, or severe leaks and back‑surging drains. Problems like partial heating loss, minor leaks, broken light fittings or no hot water where an immersion tank is available are not classed as emergencies and should be reported on the next working day.
