Out of Hours Emergencies
Emergency repairs are when the fault could cause serious health and safety problems or severe damage to your home if not fixed or made safe.
Emergencies include:
• Flooding
• Total power extinction
• Total loss of heating and hot water
• Unblocking a blocked bath tub, basin or sink but only if it is backsurging uncontrollably
The following are not emergencies:
• Partial heating loss
• No hot water where an electric immersion tank is present
• Broken light fitting/switch and blown light bulbs
• Minor water leaks
OUTSIDE OF CETRA’S OFFICE HOURS AND FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY, RESIDENTS CAN CALL 020 7926 6666 TO REPORT THEIR EMERGENCY.
IN THE INSTANCE WHERE THE EMERGENCY IS A TOTAL LOSS OF HEATING AND HOT WATER RESIDENTS CAN REPORT THE ISSUE DIRECTLY TO CETRA’S GAS CONTRACTOR BBRIGHT BY CALLING 020 8050 0905 or EMAILING THEM AT orders@bbright.co.uk.
Non-emergencies should be reported to the office the next working day.
